1 – END OF SALE
The offers proposed in this online store will be valid as long as the related products are online and as long as the product is in stock.

3 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
The contract will only become effective after an order confirmation made by CONCEITO CASA – NOSOLID , LDA.
The customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email to confirm the order including all the elements, such as the list of products ordered, price, delivery date and transport costs.
CONCEITO CASA – NOSOLID, LDA reserves the right not to confirm the order for any reason whatsoever, in particular related to the rules for purchasing products or any problem relating to the order received.

4 – PRICE – INVOICE
Prices are indicated in Euros.
The price fixed at the time of purchase does not include delivery costs which are an extra. These costs will be indicated at the time of order confirmation.
For delivery within the EU, prices include VAT applicable at the time of purchase. VAT is included in the price. Neither customs costs nor VAT should be charged when delivering within the EU. Any variation in the applicable VAT rate may affect the selling price of the product in the catalogue.
In the event of delivery outside the EU, the customer will have to pay customs duties, VAT or any other fee related to the importation of products within the country of delivery. The customer is also responsible for the related formalities except in other specified cases. 5 – PAYMENT
The price is calculated when placing the order. The customer undertakes to pay the total price of the products (product price plus delivery costs) as stipulated and also to pay, or arrange for someone to pay for him, customs costs, VAT or any other fee related to the importation of the product in the country of delivery, directly to the customs officer. The customer must pay for his order:

6 – RETURNS

The customer has recognized the right to withdraw from the purchase made through the website of CONCEITO CASA – NOSOLID , LDA. and therefore, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from:

The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling, using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product. You must also keep all its accessories and instructions for use. If the return cannot be made with the protective box with which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective box, with a view to ensuring that the product is returned with the maximum possible guarantees.

It will not be pertinent to exchange or return products that are not in the same conditions in which the customer received them, or that have been used beyond being tried on. If the product to be returned is repackaged or not in its original and complete packaging, it will suffer a depreciation of its initial value, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. The amount refunded for a product can never exceed the amount paid.

The direct return costs will be borne by the customer in any case. The return cost will be the same as shipping costs without applicable discounts or promotions. If the customer intends to use the collection service at Registro Casa, the cost of €75 will apply.

The consumer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, the return of resting products will not be accepted, with the exception of those with manufacturing imperfections.

Conceito Casa – NoSolid, Lda. will not pay the expenses for services already provided, such as the removal of used products, postage, etc.

Conceito Casa – NoSolid, Lda. refund the payment received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the withdrawal decision and after verifying the state of the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made. Availability in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method:

– Debit card: up to 72 hours.

– Credit card: until the due date of the month.

– PayPal: between 6 and 10 days.

– Multibanco reference: up to 10 days, after sending an email with the IBAN.
