PRODUCTS

At Conceito Casa we do not work with stock for furniture articles. All products are made-to-order, especially for you and your space.

Our online sales products are standardized however it is possible, based on these, to customize to the particular taste of each client. These are the three dimensions of personalization available:
• Size
• Upholstery (fabrics and leather)
• Materials (wood, marble and metal)

Our photographs are taken so that you can visualize the product in as much detail as possible. However, settings of the device you are using, as well as the natural raw material we use, may slightly influence the color you are viewing.

We have only factory and offices. Our showroom is our website.

Yes, VAT is already included in the final product price.

For mainland Portugal, assembly service is included with delivery.

– Cash on delivery is unavailable.
Once payment is confirmed, Conceito Casa will ship the products ordered under the terms indicated below, and the invoice will be delivered together with the products. If necessary, you can always retrieve your invoice at shop@conceitocasa.com, indicating your order number and the full name associated with the order.

We have a 50/50 payment method available for exceptional conditions. If the purchase price is €1500 or more, we allow the payment of 50% at the time of ordering and the remaining 50% upon delivery (cash or ATM) or up to 4 working days before the delivery date if done by Bank transfer.

If you are unable to complete the payment, please check:
– If you entered the data correctly. A simple typographical error or the introduction of uppercase and lowercase characters may result in the validation being voided.
– The validity or credit of the payment method with which you intend to carry out the operation.
If the questions above are verified as valid, then you should contact your bank or entity responsible for the payment method.

ORDERS & RETURNS

As soon as the order is confirmed you will receive an email. On your account page, you can find the “ORDERS” tab, which you can open at any time to track the status of your orders.

The average delivery time is 6 weeks days. Exceptionally, during holiday periods, the delivery time may be extended to up to 12 weeks.

You can change or cancel your order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. If the order has already been dispatched and delivered to the carrier, the customer may have to bear the costs of returning the product(s) to Conceito Casa.

From the moment you receive the order, you have 14 days, from the delivery date, to make the return. The customer is responsible for bearing, in full, the costs of returning the goods in the event of exercising the right to free termination of the contract. When returning any products, the following conditions must be respected:
– Get in touch with Conceito Casa at aftersales@lconceitocasa.com;
– The products must be returned in perfect condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice;
– Conceito Casa does not accept the return of any products after they have been used;
All items will be checked upon arrival and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return;
Conceito Casa reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.

Reimbursement of payments may, at the option of the customer, be made using the same payment method used when placing the order (if this proves possible) or by transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer for this purpose. In any case, the refund will only be processed after receipt of the products in the order, namely for the purposes of checking their status.
The processing period is between 7 to 10 business days.

If your order arrived damaged and/or with a problem, please send an email to aftersales@conceitocasa.com with demonstrative images of the damage.

You can retrieve your invoice through the email shop@conceitocasa.com, indicating your order number and the full name associated with the order.

shipments

Continental Portugal:

Shipping costs are free for orders exclusively with Concept Casa Objects products.

Furniture orders have the following costs:
– If delivery takes place within a radius of 100km from our stores, orders over €1500 have free shipping. For orders under 1500€, there is an increase of 90€ in shipping costs.
– If delivery takes place outside the 100Km radius of our stores, the amount varies. On orders under €7500, with a distance of:
100 to 150Km, the shipping cost is 225€;
151 to 200Km, the shipping cost is 275€.
On orders over €7500, shipping is free. Learn more here.

Ilhas: Shipping costs for Concept Casa Objects and Furniture products are calculated according to the delivery address and the products in the order, and presented before finalizing your purchase.

Other Countries: On request.

Since Concept Casa only has an online store, this type of survey is not available. However, you will be able, if you wish, to pick up your order at the company’s headquarters in Água Longa: Rua S. Roque 95 – 4825-116 Água Longa.

The process is pretty straightforward.
– Access the login icon in the top right corner of the website homepage.
– Insert your email in the block “Not registered yet?”.
– Insert your data: name, address, postcode, location, tax number, contact and, finally, create a secure password (with a minimum of 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, one symbol and one number at least) .
Your account is created, you can purchase your favorite products.

You can track the order(s).
Have access to exclusive news and offers.
You can add products to your wishlist.
Make an exchange or return request from your account.
Your details are always recorded through registration so you don’t have to enter them again with each new order.

You may change your data at any time. Simply log into your account and edit the information you want to update.

Entered your email and don’t remember your password?
Select the “forgot password?” button.
Re-enter your email in the blank field and select “send recovery request”.
Enter your personal email, open the email you received with the name “Conceito Casa” and select the button “Reset password”.
Now set a new keyword and save. You now have access to your account again

Access your account’s general dashboard.
Select “Account deletion” and then “Delete account”.

At Conceito Casa we ensure the protection of the data entered. Your personal data information will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Policies.

You can create your dream product list by adding it to favorites. You can add products to the list using the “add to favourites” button located just below the “add” button.
